We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- Your custom handmade item will be carefully crafted and shipped within 2-5 business days. We take pride in creating each piece specifically for you and appreciate your patience during the creation process. 

Return Policy:
- Due to the personalized nature of our handmade custom items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges all sales final. We put great care into creating each unique piece.

- Pre-made Items: These items are sold as-is and all sales are final. What you see is what you get!

- We want you to love your item! If you notice any concerns when your order arrives, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us assist you quickly, we'll need clear photos showing any issues. This helps us understand exactly what's happening and find the best solution for you. While we carefully review each situation, please understand that this may take 3 to 5 business days to manage and not all claims may qualify for resolution. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we'll do our best to help! 

Product Care Guidelines:
- To ensure the longest life for your custom cup, please follow these important care instructions:
    * Hand wash only with gentle soap and water
    * Avoid using the dishwasher as it can damage the custom design and do not soak        or scrub cups with decals, as this may affect the artwork
    * Use for cold and warm beverages only - hot drinks can impact the design and               solution expansion.
    * Keep away from extreme temperatures
    * Do not microwave
    * For snow globe cups, avoid leaving them in hot environments like cars due to                 expansion of flow solutions. 

Snow Globe Cup Information:
- Our special snow globe cups come with different flow options to suit your                     preference:
    * Fast Flow: Quick, dynamic movement of glitter that settles rapidly
    * Slow Flow: Gentle, leisurely movement with gradual settling
    * Suspended Flow: Minimal movement, with glitter remaining suspended for hours
    * Lava Flow: visual effect that mimics the appearance of flowing lava, typically                   achieved through color paints and inks, gradients and designs
    * Soda Flow Cup: liquid colored and modified to achieve soda fizz like illusion, not made with real soda. 

Please note that these cups contain a special solution that may develop air bubbles due to temperature changes which is normal and necessary to avoid cup damage and  this is normal and part of their unique charm. Simply shake gently to activate the glitter effect.
